What sizes do you carry?
We’re proud to focus exclusively on plus-size activewear, with sizes typically ranging from XL to 5XL (specific size charts are available on each product page). Our mission is to provide premium performance wear for all body types.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes detailed size charts with measurements. We recommend comparing your measurements to our charts for the best fit. Remember our activewear is designed for both comfort and performance, so consider whether you prefer a snugger fit for high-impact activities or a looser fit for casual wear.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your activewear to you as soon as possible. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered the shipping process yet.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Wherever your active lifestyle takes you, we’ll get your performance wear to your doorstep.
What shipping options are available?
We offer two shipping methods:
  1. Standard Shipping ($12.95 AUD): 10-15 business days after dispatch via DHL or FedEx with full tracking
  2. Free Shipping: For orders over $50 AUD, 15-25 business days after dispatch via EMS
All orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility in Wongyarra, Australia. This allows you to follow your package every step of the way. During peak seasons, processing times may extend slightly.
What if my package is delayed?
While we provide estimated delivery windows, actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing or unforeseen circumstances. We recommend ordering well in advance of special events. If your package seems significantly delayed, contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer easy returns within 15 days of receiving your order. If your Sculptive Wear doesn’t fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return it for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
How do I initiate a return?
Please visit our Returns Policy page for full instructions. You’ll need your order number and the email address used to place the order. We’ll guide you through the simple process and provide a return authorization if needed.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we can’t be responsible for items lost in return transit.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
